Super Foods Everyday by: Sue Quinn

This recipe book format is very clean, and easy to read. It offers recipes for breakfast, side dishes, appetizers, main dishes, sweet things, and even baked goods! I was very surprised at all the recipes compacted into this little handy book. It's packed full of nutritious ingredients, and odd but tasty combinations! These recipes are super easy to make, and not time consuming at all. I cannot wait to make the Sticky Energy Bars. Anyone who is looking for a nutritious and delicious recipes book, this one is for you!
